bcoz of some shitty custome service i got fr singtel..
long story..

havent been able to surf for e past few days when i reach home..
so, being fed up wif unable to surf, decided to call singnet to resolve this..
@ first, everything seems to be going fine.. e troubleshooting i mean..
i was told to bypass this n bypass that.. did as told..
den.. e agent tell me to install a cd for a new modem that i have when i recontract..
n he asked me to call back after installation!!!!!
omg..
but i tell him to hold on e line.. w8 4 me to finish installation..
den after that, he keep asking abt e installation progress rather impatiently..
nvm..
bloody hell.. he(e agent) keep telling me to call back ltr.. bcoz singnet having high call wait!!!!!
WTF?!!!
first time i receive this kind of service man..
where e agent tell customer to hang up e phone just bcoz his side is having high call wait!!!
damn..
e agent a 'scolding' fr me lor..
in e end, prob not solve.. den ar.. i tink he hang up on me.. or e line drop.. no idea..
i had to call in again. spoke to another agent.. set up appt... mon morning..
