omg.. singnet has never been more F*** up than this!!
i called in and got ZERO answers n and soo many service laspes..
at least the sales dept is much more better than technical

called in on thurs (29/07/ n the conversation goes sth like this
me: hello, im facing slow connection. speedtest results showing 200+ kbps
ST: pls go to singnet utilities pg n test
me: ok. im getting 2mbps
ST: i will proceed to arrange for technician to visit your hse to do line check
me: ok. i would like to request for it to be on this sat (01/08)
ST: i do not have any available slots. next available slot will be 02/08 - sun
me: realli?! pls lar.. im sure u can help me to look for one or arrange for one of ur standby tech to come instead of those tech whom u normally deploy out (im pleading).. im not free on sun (proceed to explain why im nt free)
ST: no.. so sry. i dun have any slots. i had tried my level best. i will get my manager to call u back
me: oh ok.. in that case, pls get ur manager top call back then
(hang up the phone)

till now, no manager callback..

next conversation on 02/08 which tech called me while im sleepin!! omg O_o

ST: hello, im a technician so n so calling from ST. i will be arriving @ ur hse in 15mins time.
me: huh? wad are u talking abt?
ST: didnt u arrange for line check for today between 9am-11am
me: no i didnt... i requested for YSTRD 9am-11am
ST: huh? but my work order stated its today
me: im not free now.. im supposed to get a manager callback from the helpdesk but till now, no callback. can u help me to arrange for a callback by the manager as per promised by the prev agent?
ST: oh.. i need to check wif my 'controller' n will get them to arrange a callback for u
me: thank you very much and goodbye

well thats the end n again, no callback

the guy sounds more helpful than the technician
