doing MM and handling OT queries @ the same time
not to mention how hard KA was coming down on us..
i was quite kan jiong with KA keep calling me.. ans me, unable to provide him with the details that he require :(
i feel bad abt it.
As a 2IC, i noe im supposed to be able to handle such things in a better way =(

do u even need 8.5hrs to esc cases hourly between 6pm - 12am ?
why do i have to do MM and OB escalation at the same time ?
and even calling disputes as well ?

why can the rest of us do it while he cant ?
