Recently, there is an influx of people leaving the company.
And the main reason is mainly due to the change in shift pattern.

No more one weekend off per week

that kind of affected most people.

Luckily, I am not affected.

I really need to buck up at work too.
but it is really de-moralizing when you see other people not doing their share of work =(

albeit how de-moralizing it is, I will still need to do my part as well..
