got a 4D Lucky Golden Egg fr WX.. chocolates fr LeeLin..
Bread to eat fr ong.. keychain cum screen wiper fr ailing.. etc

first time rcv soooo many sooo many xmas present

almost dispute!!!

n e last call i rcv b4 gg home..
caused me to go home @ 2am!!!
coz i stuck on e call for a bloody 1hr +

story :
- dunno how to conn to internet wif new laptop
- wired to router, can surf.. but wireless cant
- put e customer on hold for 1min plus.. he kpkb
- keep calling me incompetent
- I do wrong settings..
- pg hang, cant surf nw..
- kenna limted/no connectivity
- restart everything still no use
- cust keep say i mess up his network
- admit to cust i did..
- threaten to compalin to head of customer svc..
- in e end, prob solve=pc issue
